Konstantinos Ntougias received his MSc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. He worked at Wind Hellas Telecommunications S.A. as a transport network engineer and holds training certiﬁcates from various vendors. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Aalborg University (AAU) and a Research Engineer in Athens Information Technology (AIT). He has participated in several EU funded projects, including the FP7 projects ADEL and HARP and the H2020 project SANSA. His research interests lie in the general ﬁeld of communication theory, with main focus on MIMO communication, resources allocation, spectrum sharing, and caching techniques.
