Scholarships & Financial Aid
AIT is proud of its strong commitment to its students and through its Scholarship and Financial Aid Fund Committee provides eligible applicants with a fair process through which applications are considered objectively, evaluated on individual merits, and in a timely fashion.
The Scholarship and Financial Aid Fund Committee awards scholarships to students on the basis of academic excellence proven in a previous degree and other academic activities. Financial aid is provided to eligible students who request it and is based on the candidate’s academic performance and financial status.
The MSITT tuition fees amount to €8,000 for the whole duration of studies. All admitted students are eligible to apply for scholarships and financial aid to cover whole or part of this amount.
The MBIT tuition fees amount to €9,500 for the whole duration of studies. All admitted students are eligible to apply for scholarships and financial aid to cover whole or part of this amount.

NOTE: In addition to the application form, to be eligible for a scholarship or financial aid, candidates need to submit:
Family annual income statement (certified copy in English or Greek)
Personal annual income statement (certified copy in English or Greek)
If the candidate is employed, a salary statement from employer (certified copy in English or Greek)
Applications will be accepted and evaluated only if these documents have been submitted.

- hellas online Scholarships program: 4 full Scholarships for MBIT and MSITT
- SEPE Scholarships program: 2 full Scholarships for MBIT and MSITT , for SEPE (Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises) members
- SVVE Scholarships program: 2 full Scholarships for MBIT and MSITT, for SVVE (Federation of Industries of Northern Greece) members
- Economist - Hazlis & Rivas Scholarships program: 2 full Scholarships for MBIT, for Economist - Hazlis & Rivas member
- Open Coffee Scholarships program: 2 full Scholarships for MBIT and MSITT , for Open Coffee community members

AIT's 10th Wireless Coffee Seminar with Prof. Maria Papadopouli, University of Crete
Our guest speaker will be Prof. Maria Papadopouli, University of Crete. Her talk will be entitled "On the analysis of large-scale wireless access markets".
Dr.Constantinos Β.Papadias Appointed Dean of AIT
AIT's Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Constantinos B. Papadias, 45, as the new Dean. He has taken over his new role on March 1, 2014.

AIT actively supports Athens Startup Weekend (ASW) and offers 3 scholarships and additional mentoring to the winning team!
AIT participates in an EU research project contributing to the reinforcement of European strengths in optical telecommunications networks
AIT is Technical Manager/Project Leader of INSPACE, a research project funded by the European Union within the 7th R&D Framework Program that was ranked 4th among submitted proposals (over 110) at ICT-Call 11, Objective 1.1, with an evaluation score of 14/15. The project is funded with €2.577.000 by the EU, kicked-off on February and will last 36 months.

The AIT Alumni Club in collaboration with the Hellenic Alumni Associations of Columbia University, University of Illinois and London School of Economics and Political Science proudly present a reception and talk with Dr. Stamatios Krimigis, Chairman of the Greek National Council for Research and Technology, Head Emeritus and Principal Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and winner of the Niki Award 2013.
