SUMMARY
Mrs Mina Zoulovits is a teaching follow in Regulatory Framework (MBIT) at AIT. She holds an LL.M in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.B in Law from Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki. She is lawyer at the Athens Bar Association from 2002. She is now partner lawyer at PHILOTHEIDIS, ROGAS & PARTNERS Law Firm, Head of the IT and E-Communications Department. She renders legal services to fast developing small, medium sized and multinational companies, banks, governments and associations on commercial and IT related legal issues. In addition, she is appointed since July 2007 by the Greek Ministry of Economics and Finance as External Legal Council to the Secretary General for Digital Planning. She has participated as leader and/or coordinator of the legal team in co-operation with teams of technicians and consultants in many European and national projects of the ICT sector focused in particular in data protection, electronic payments, IPRs, digital security, electronic signatures, e-commerce, consumer protection, outsourcing and she has long expertise in public procurement processes and regulation. Mina is also a teaching fellow at IST Studies College (UK’s University of Hertfordshire’s Affiliate in Greece) teaching Data Protection and Electronic Payments to postgraduate students of the law department. She has also taught as a guest lecturer at various universities, colleges and Associations such as the Economic University of Athens, the Polytechnical School of Athens, the Hellenic-American Chamber etc. Furthermore, Mina is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and her articles are frequently published in national and international scientific magazines as well as in newspapers.
