SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Dimitris Kosmidis is a research associate at AIT actively involved in the areas of business innovation and life-long learning. He has almost 20 years exposure to ICT industry in Greece (13 of them at Intracom) and abroad; serving as software developer, telecoms engineer, systems analyst and business consultant. Dimitris has particular interest and specializes in business process modelling and systems analysis and design methodologies. He has extensive experience in technical project management and co-ordination. He has intensively studied and applied elements of human capital management systems and has been coaching and mentoring teams and individuals in related issues. Dimitris holds a National Diploma in Information Technology (CDP) from the University of Johannesburg (Wits Tech), an Advanced Studies Diploma in Technology Management (Technoscope) from the NTUA and a Masters Degree in Management of Business, Innovation and Technology (MBIT) from the AIT.
