Leadership Development Program
A five-day Executive Training Program on Negotiation & Conflict Management, including the module on Advanced Negotiation Skills, taught by renowned Harvard University professor, Brian Mandell Negotiation Project Director, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, organized in cooperation with Harvard Kennedy School Kokkalis Program on Southeastern and East-Central Europe for the 8th year at AIT. Changing the Negotiation Game goes beyond other negotiation workshops acknowledging and addressing the challenges of negotiating across cultures,organisations and sectors. In a world of intensely multifaceted economic, political and social problems, sustainable solutions necessitate achieving consensus among an unprecedented variety of stake holders. Program participation is taking Negotiation Skills to the Next Level to:
