AIT Student Services
AIT’s Career Office has achieved a 90% employment rate for its students within two months of their graduation from its MSIN, MSITT, and MBIT programs. Other students continue their graduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University or other universities.
The AIT Career Office carefully studies each student’s individual skills and employment objective in an effort to match them with the market and industry demands, inviting the students to choose from proposed career opportunities. To accomplish this goal, the AIT Career Office offers a series of services:

This complements the center’s academic programers by providing opportunities for students to enhance their employability and purpose in the community. Through its activities, it also facilitates students in the development of a range of interpersonal skills. Scheduled periodically in conjunction with the CMU Career Center. Useful tips and techniques are thoroughly examined to ensure your interview success and follow-up.

AIT’s Career Office supports students and alumni by establishing direct contacts with HR departments of major companies and promoting their CVs to the industry.

Issued annually and includes graduates’ CVs. It is circulated to selected partner companies and those participating in AIT's Career Days.

Organized every September, AIT's Career Days provide a unique opportunity for the students to come into direct contact with ICT companies which are also searching to enhance the caliber of their staff.
AIT provides its graduates with the skills and expertise to meet these demands, increasing their chances of employment in a sector with a high degree of mobility and competition.

"I started getting to like my academic life in AIT and my life in general in Greece, that I involuntarily stopped the countdown when I noticed that time was flying by so fast!! It was mostly the heavy yet interesting academic work in AIT, the wide variety of spare-time activities that I could practice in Athens and the ease of making good friends in Greece which made my stay so smooth and fun that I actually had to leave Greece at the end with heartache. I had organized all my courses to be in the fall and spring semesters, so that I would free all my summertime remaining semester for my thesis and summer fun in Greece, which is a period not to miss there (and which I actually will never forget!!)"
