This policy applies to all AIT open training courses, workshops, conference and other events.

Substitution Nomination

• Registration is transferable upon request.  Substitution nominations will be accepted in all cases without incurring any additional charges. All substitute delegates should be confirmed in writing to execedu@ait.gr.

Cancellation & Non Attendance

• No cancellation fee will be retained if we receive the cancellation in writing, more than 15 working days before the Seminar.
• 50% of the fee will be retained if the participation is cancelled in writing, any time between 15 to 8 working days before the Seminar.
• 100% of the fee is retained in the case of non attendance and if the participation is cancelled in less than 8 working days prior to  the Seminar.

This will be invoiced to you direct after the event.
Notices and cancellations are to be forwarded timely to execedu@ait.gr

 Cancellation by AIT

AIT reserves the right to alter the venue, dates or speakers and cancel an open training course, workshop, conference, network or event for any reason prior to the event date. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you about the cancellation.  If you have already paid a fee then we will refund the money. We will not be liable for any other costs of your attending the training course, workshop, conference, network or event.
