SUMMARY

Dr Georgios Vardaxoglou is a senior researcher in AIT and a visiting Research Fellow to the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (at the University of Leeds). Georgios’s research deals with the adoption of technological innovations in organizations highly-dependent on information. His research has involved a large number of organizations from the UK emergency services and central government including the National Policing Improvement Agency and Strathclyde Police. Georgios’s professional background includes working as a consultant to the Economic and Social Research Council, as an Evaluation Co-ordinator for the Northern Leadership Academy as well as working for Motorola as an EMEA Country Support Manager. Georgios holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Business Planning and Information Systems.
